Grenada Day One

Ah, this is the life! (Don't worry, he's wearing sunscreen!)

This was supposed to be a first wade. You can see how long that lasted.

Evening swim:

Thanks for getting us here, dear. Enjoy. You deserve it.

First sunset.

Nothing like having your family vacation pictures used by someone trying to drive traffic to their own blog's google adverts. :-(

Somehow, I think that pic of Cantor relaxing needs a clever caption.... I'll get back to you. ::evil cackle::

Hi Cheryl,
I stumbled across your blog and just had to say Hi.
Welcome to Grenada. Looks like your vacation is off to a great start. Glad you all picked Grenada, it's a really friendly and interesting island as you will discover.
As a fellow Dark Chocolate lover I would like to recommend "Grenada Chocolate Company" it's 70% organic cocoa made locally. Take a tour of the factory if you have time.
Awesome pics.. is that beach in Lance Aux Pines? I'll be following your days in the Isle of Spice so keep the posts coming :)

Hi Gooch,

My husband recognizes your name as a Grenada travel expert and says your postings in the last few years helped in our planning. Thanks for stopping by. This is our second time in Grenada, first as a family, and we are thrilled to be back. We discovered Grenada chocolate on our first trip and are hoping to take the children to the factory this time around. Thanks for the advice!

Give your husband my best regards, and I hope the entire family have a wonderful time in Grenada.

Oh and super job on that Callaloo soup... I can do with some right now. :-)
