Blogger has a new feature called Following. I'm still familiarizing myself with it, but it seems to be another way of keeping updated on the blogs one likes to read. When it comes to following blogs, I still do it the old-fashioned way, manually clicking on them in my sidebar rather than subscribing to them or managing them with a blog reader. But now I'm thinking that the Follow feature may serve the same purpose, allowing me to enter blogs that I follow into my Blogger account so that I am alerted of new posts on those blogs in my Blogger Dashboard.
A fun feature of the Follow feature is the ability to show one's Followers in the sidebar (I don't know if I like the capital there--looks kind of creepy and cultish, doesn't it?). A glance at my sidebar will reveal that currently I have one official follower! (Thanks for reading, honey.)

AH! But does it allow you to follow blogs outside of the "enclave" (ahem) of blogger blogs?

How did you do that? When I tried to get the follower on my blog, it said it was experimental and not available yet!

Michelle, I didn't have a problem. Maybe you tried when it was still experimental but by the time I tired the experimental phase was over?
