It's sad for the parents because they are missing some of those wonderful night moments. (aside from the fact that they've missed the entire day if they are working jobs like that!) Babies can be very charming in the middle of the night and I am NOT at all a middle of the night person - I do NOT wake up well at all!
But, wow - that would be a fun job! And it pays well. I could deal with snuggling with a baby!
