". . . little shall I grace my cause

I will a round unvarnish'd tale deliver . . ."

44 . . .

is how old I am today. According to this table, having made it this far means I stand a good chance of making it to at least age 82.

Sigh. That still means I'm over half done. Excuse me while I go live a little.

Happy Birthday! Today is my nephew's 17th birthday. He is the oldest grandson on my husband's side. God bless you on your happy day!

Happy Birthday! That was a sobering table. What will I do with my last 26 years?

Let Evan serve his mother this year, perhaps. :)

I don't want to sound boring, so Happy Birthday! Yeah, I had to sound boring; can't ignore a natal anniversary!
At least you get to be with Phil. My dh announced last night that he'll be in Seattle on my birthday (one week from today.) Never mind that that's one of my favorite cities. Never mind that I'd really like some real Pacific salmon and a real Starbuck's. Never mind. It's your party and I shouldn't be raining on it.
Happy Birthday! :)

Thanks for all the birthday wishes, everyone! It was a busy day at the conference and we spent a lot of it separated as a family since everyone has their own stuff going on, so I think we will be celebrating at the end of the week. But I can't think of a better way to spend a birthday than surrounded by a bunch of happy, singing Lutherans!

Chris, now that you mention it I remember from the Trinity birthday listing that you and I have the same birthdays. Happy belated one to you! Hope it was grand! (And thanks for the encouragement!)
